  1. Good luck Dave. Erm, is there a cut in your brow, right above the eye? If so, you might be able to fix that simply by turning the inside out.
  2. Hi Riley, they also offer a RESIN M38 TANK SCOPE REPLICA which you could include in your order. For the T-tracks you can contact @Marv (not sure, if he still has some). If not, (or for a lower price) have a look at DoopyDoo's COMPLETE E-11 BLASTER KIT. This also comes with a resin Hengstler counter box.
  3. Hi Brett, happy to see you started a build thread. The current setup looks very promising. Following... When I think of an operational folding stock, which also has to be light weight, the first thing in my mind is the kit from @fieldmarshall. Don't want to keep you from building your own stock, I was just not sure if you were aware of that option. You are based in the US, so even shipping would not be an issue. However, I would totally understand if your prefer to build your own and keep this option as a backup plan.
  4. Hi Christopher, willkommen im FISD. Genau, erst mal 501st-Access beantragen, damit du mehr Zugriffsrechte bekommst und dann immer her mit den Fragen.
  5. Good job Marko! Your latest progress reminds me of some photos from the blaster reference. Now the real challenge will be a matching paint job and weathering on the rest of your blaster. Keeping fingers crossed for this...
  6. Congrats Sean. Have fun out there with your armor.
  7. That sounds like a good plan. Ideally the top should be closed. If you later have enough leftover material from item #15 (ABS stripe), maybe you can cut a disc and just glue that to the rear end of the inner tube.
  8. Great job so far. Can't wait to see a video of this blaster when everything is completed...
  9. Hi Tina. Glad to see you starting a build thread here. Sounds like you ordered some cool stuff from Brian (@Bulldog44) and Chris (@themaninthesuitcase). This should make a nice blaster. This pvc tube is meant as a backfill behind the venting holes in the resin receiver. Just paint it black, slide it in and it will simulate your inner front barrel. No drilling required except for the spots where your scope rail and folding stock will lock in. You are on a good way. Keep the updates coming...
  10. Congratulations on completing this beautiful armor. Have fun with it and enjoy your first troop - like the ones to follow. Stay hydrated.
  11. Thanks Max and welcome to the FISD. Yes, the red ones are not listed in my 501st Troop Log. Only the black ones are for official trooping events.
  12. Hi Warren, welcome aboard.
  13. The potos indicate, this Anovos E-11 kit has a good quality. Being a TK, I would though not go for it because of the following reasons: No ring at the end cap, no charging handle, no selector switch, no muzzle screws, no clearing stripe on the inner bolt and no ejector at the magazine well. However, it surely is a good base kit for a Sandtrooper's Bapty build - especially because of the chopped receiver tube, type of magazine (open) and the shape of the trigger guard. Just my 2 cents.
  14. Congratulations and welcome to the team, Colin.
  15. Sorry but I am located in Germany, not the UK. Wish I could help though... I would give Tony's idea a try and look for the screen accurate poppers.
  16. Hi Luis, maybe that is because you need 501st access first. You can request it here with your TK ID.
  17. Micro project successfully completed. Congratulations Jesse.
  18. Keeping fingers crossed for you James. Good luck.
  19. Good luck Jennifer. Looking good.
  20. I guess he did not receive the confirmation email from FISD?!?! Same happened to me recently and I was locked out. Still getting no emails from FISD...
  21. Great start Matt. Everything looks well organized. Good luck with this build.
  22. Hi Marko, the power cylinders look great and that was a crazy cool idea to build the resistors from wood. Not sure about 3D printed front sight guards, but @fieldmarshalloffers his aluminum version and you could also contact Derrek (@Dday) to ask for a resin version.
  23. Absolutely! The only thing I would suggest is to turn around that top cover on the magazine. The hole belongs to the other side.
  24. Good job, Jakob. You seem to have a very good printer. I expected a lot more texture on the surface but this looks smooth and clean.
