  6. Matt Looking mighty darn fine there Sir!! The waiting is definitely one of the worst bits, 'coz you just want to get stuck in and keep the momentum going. Still, there must be some other little project lurking on that work bench that requires some attention while you kick back and wait?......hrrrm? Now WHO said anything about blasters?
  7. Ged All done matey, status updated You might want to have a word with Simon or Adam over on the UKG and get them to give the main 501st site a nudge about your costume profile, sometimes they can be a tad slow on updating stuff over there

Gary Thanks mate, same here, It was great meeting up.....and getting my buttons played with (mistaken identity by Gary's beautiful other half ) Sorry everyone, The UKG had a troop last night at the old County Hall on London's south bank for Medicinema - Healed with kisses. It was a great troop and we also got the chance to play around in the Movieum's Tantive IV set
  11. Aaron Nice catch mate We all have to give in to our dirty side,.....eventually I may have some spare backpack parts lurking around if and when you need them. OK, hands up everbody who may have heard this before..... "But why do you need another helmet, whats wrong with the one you've got?"
  12. Matt YEEEEE-HARRHHH!!, About bloody time!! Looking good mate, just take your time and don't rush it and you already know that you can't go wrong with following Mike's brilliant builds....the man's a legend Looks like that 'mystery' package will be winging its way over to Texas sooner than I thought
  13. Gentlemen Thank you so much for that illustrious welcome and heart felt congratulations. Honestly, how could anyone refuse the chance to serve the FISD in any capacity when requested? (with or without Paul's 'Hulk Hogan' special arm lock manoeuvre ...which as been band in 43 states by the way ) I consider it an honour and privilege and will endeavour to execute my duties to the best of my abilities. And I'd like to assure everybody that having a title and position of responsibility will not in any way what so ever have any impact on my rather warped sense of humour, or bizarre outlook on life in general. OK, 'nuff said....Lets go to work
  14. Paul Just took a look at some spare foam that I got back in October last year and guess what?, its turning YELLOW!! --------
  15. Paul Unbelievable set of armour mate. Little master Luke looks fan-bloody-tastic Gutted that I couldn't make MEM and meet up with you and see the little guy in all his glory, only I had a serious family emergency and I couldn't make it. Maybe next year Well done Dad
  16. Nathan I'll be up for the TM Drop boxes please I'll have to try and think of some stuff to "pass-it-forward" like yous guys have
  17. Mark Hopefully no one will ever , EVER, feel that they will be 'flamed' for asking a question on the FISD. Big, small, stupid, irritating, or down right bizarre , no matter what the nature is, they are always answered in a civil way mate As the new tag line goes........ Troopers Helping Troopers
  18. Jesper First of all welcome to the FISD, you may want to introduce yourself so that everyone can get to know you over in the introductions section. Second, ESB armour was basically the same as the ANH, so you don't have to change your FX (unless you want to that is ) Most of the subtle changes have been listed in this post so all you would really need to do is apply these to your existing armour and you would be good to go. The only thing that I would recommend would be to upgrade your helmet if you are using an FX. Take a look around on the board and you have a better idea of the alternatives available. Hope this helps mate
  19. Aaron I agree with you mate, there's enough of us watching out and responding to posts to cover most questions thown out there. The trouble with Garrisons refering people solely to detachments without giving a little bit of advice is not all detachments are as active as us over here. There is ALWAYS someone here at any given time but some of the less active sites may go for days before someone gets around to answering the simplest of questions. Arrh, the trials and tribulations of being the best darn detachment in the 501st oooow HARH!!!
  20. Its a shame that all the pubs are 'No Smoking' now, 'coz you could have left it in a boozer over night and that would have done the trick
  21. August Here ya go mate Hope this helps
  22. Luis The 'Search' facility is your friend, use it and you shall reap many rewards --------------- Hope this helps
  23. WEEEEEEEEIT-WOOOOOO! Tony Looking mighty darn fine there Sir Happy St. Paddy's Day
  24. I think you'll find that Paul-TM as highlighted these little curios There's not a lot that gets past him, the man as studied the films frame by bloody frame Pablo Great screen grabs mate, thank you Sir
