I wanted you all to know that I am going to be deployed to a forest moon for classified reconnaissance duty until mid to late august starting this Sunday ...any other deployment information is strictly classified by the highest order :vader1: ...if I have internet were I am going I will be around the boards, but obviously away from home

  8. that?s like saying that all clone and stormtroopers need to be in tri-athlete shape and be a certain height and weight
  9. when are you all going to let the mistakes that were made in the movies die?
  10. Yeah, we have a pretty good sized following, and the population really embraces us
  11. actually, i thought they casted some of the blasters for ROTJ and weren't all so called de-milled weapons
  12. Oh, ok sorry about that I just didn't know
  13. Hey, if the screws are not apart of the ANH helmet standards, why are they for the ROTJ helmet standards?
  14. I already asked AP and they told me they don't piece out their armor
  15. First off..my FX armor and AP helmet probably have to be re-painted (if I don't just go ahead and order a new set of armor)...I need to fill the screw holes in the ears, and paint them, which in turn will make me have to paint the whole helmet, then I will have to re-place the existing ROTJ decals with new ROTJ decals on the helmet including the correct tube stripes which are blue placed on top of a white back ground type of sticker not like the ANH ones were the blue stripes are individually placed...and after that, I have to buy a correct blaster which will run me about $200.00+...In the end, I will probably be submitting about 30+ photo's of every detail It is definately going to take me quite a while before submitting any photo's because i want to make sure that my armor has nothing wrong with it and nothing is left to question...I just want to really follow and help set a high bar for the ROTJ TK's
  16. Nope...you don't understand...it is going to take quite a wile and some money to get all the extras done correctally and accurately...and I know which pics I need to submit for deployment my good man
  17. all this talk of hasbro blasters you guys suck!

  19. Yeah, but its not about what the armor looked like in these impromptu spit second scene's...it was what GL's real vision of what the armor was suppose to look like...when you work in films you notice all the corners that are cut during productions to save time/money and to make the armor work for that day of filming...so, I am not surprised at the corners that were cut...these suits were made to reflect a vision, and to last a month or two...And these suits went through ALOT of wear and Tear...when you do film production you shoot and re- shoot a scene over and over again...as they say "back to 1"
  20. yeah, like Jello Hand plate's , that's got to be pretty comfortable though
