Little correction here . The difference between the Hero and Stunt regarding the teeth isn't concerning how many of them are cut out as you can actually see a lot of Stunt helmets with only three teeth per side hollowed. The Hero helmets are actually missing the last teeth of the frown because the molds were deteriorated when they were pulled and the details didn't come out. Jimmy, here's some pictures I made few time ago showing the differences between both. Maybe it will help you: And flat lenses for a Hero helmet are allowed for basic 501st approval. But I would suggest using bubble ones as it's part of the thing.

That's indeed the case. However, I have slept on it and when i second think about it, there's not much difference between what he's doing and if one would download my files freely and then send them to someone else for printing, via 3DHubs for example. Given the fact he's not asking a awful lot of money for a complete print (even if I don't know the quality of it), I'm gonna pass on it and not report him.

Definitely painted black. If you look trough all the screencaps, you'll find a lot more pictures where it appears clearly black than pictures where it could be interpreted silver. For example, on this picture the front section appears clearly the same black hue than the barrel, however the rear section with the lighting, and maybe the reflection from the white of the armor, appears brighter.

I agree that making a single CRL with a list of optionnal possibilities is the best way of handling all those costume variations. I also noticed a lot of variations with the belt pouches. Might need to have a look upon that too, when we'll be able to screenshot the film.

As I see it, people who didn't like the film will always be more willing to share it because they want everyone to know. The ones who love it won't necessarily feel the urge to express it. I dropped a line here because I was reading a lot of negativity and wanted to counter that a bit, but at first I wasn't going to reply. Among all my friends, we all love it. What I can say is the film is like wine; it gets better and better with the viewings.

For the purists they're certainly not... I can already see from those leaked pictures things making my eyes bleeding. As for the pauldrons, why everyone is wanting one?! Aside on a sandtrooper, I've always found it looking ridiculous on a Stormtrooper armor, needless to say on a Scout. And when I see every FOTK wanting their own pauldron, I think this is going to look like a total mess on events.

The crew is out! And after that, Day-long troop at DisneyLand, parades and such, met J. Bulloch and managed to chat with him, and film projection again And... I'm going back into it tomorrow and the day after

Well, I've played Battlefront only twice, but the funniest thing I did was to dive into the Endor bunker at full speed with the spider bike until I crashed into a Stormtrooper (or maybe he just shot the speeder,i dunno, it went faaaast). After that I kinda couldn't do anything better so I handed over the controller .

Are decimals authorized? Because with the decimal you can make a nice number around the 50 mark
