  1. Wow, you're really going to town on that new armor. You'll have it done in no time. BTW, I think I may have Susie talked into doing a costume too. I started looking into "Commander" stuff today. Not sure if it'll happen or not, but it's a start anyway.
  2. Congrats on your first troop
  3. Hey Jenny, just now saw that you started a build thread for your hubbies armor. I really like the bucket, looks awesome. Can't wait to see it completed and get him reported for duty, we can always use more troopers out there.
  4. Congrats. First troop is a unique experience isn't it?
  5. Unfortunately we did not win this year, not sure how they scored but Trekkies had more bowlers than we did. It was hard to tell who had more fun, us or the Marines. Felt good knowing we could make these guys smile, laugh and have fun knowing what they give up for all of us. One of them told one of our members that his face was actually kind of hurting from smiling all night.
  6. Fun troop last night. We were joined by our "trekkie" friends as this was the annual Star Wars vs Star Trek "Toys for Tots" Charity Bowling event here in Indianapolis. Also in attendance were a few of our U.S Marines, I think these gentlemen had as much fun as any of us. When all was tallied at the end of the night, it was announced that this was the largest donation they'd ever collected from this annual event. Had a great turnout.
  7. Thank you very much for making these.

  10. Nice looking build, good luck on your approval.
  11. Congrats. Welcome to the EI ranks trooper. Not sure if it matters or not, but we both have the same approval number
  12. Sweet. Thanks again to everyone for your help and support in this achievement.
  13. Thanks guys. Hope to add another EI trooper to the garrison and the fire team.
  14. Thanks for the heads up. I originally had the tableclothe clamps on there, but they were only 1/2" wide. Then I tried to get aluminum pieces to form that I had seen some troopers do, but I found it a little hard to come by, then i found these money clips and figured they were about the right size. And thanks for the well wishes
