  2. (pssst: ingnore what they said ) a bit of foam padding with a chin strap, all the way
  3. from the site: "I'm in the photograph third from the end of the page, but which Stormtrooper am I?" Does he mean this photograph & can you find him? pic courtesy of starwarshelmets, a great site & has anyone had luck in finding the pic's from "Stormtrooper Parade, Evening Argus, Brighton"?
  4. Thanks for the pic's TM, better get in quick before the price of loakes go up , maybe even take some shares out
  5. Well I'm a few steps closer than I was last week. Their British made, I've more reference pic's now with a serial number to boot, pardon the pun & presumably the company has gone under, which really just leaves thrift shop's to hunt round. If the company has stopped production, then who did them is redundant now, so these would be my alternative preference & retailing in lower than $200 which makes my pocket happier http://www.jamesandjames.com/htmlfiles/sho...loake/lk290.htm Just my 2cent's, still a great find!
  6. Looks better than before , have you also tried re-positioning the faceplate back into the back n' cap a little? that aslo add's a lot to these lid's. plus I'd definatly go with triming the eye's at little at a time
  7. WOW I'm a size 10 aswell!!! , so maybe two pair of eye's could find them twice as fast If only I knew what we were looking for . congrats on the find TM, another piece of the puzzle found.
  8. John Has an original pair of boots & other fantastic items, also now known as "stormtrooper, formally Pugman" that's my guess anyway. http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?show...amp;hl=original Interested in the brand if it's still visible?
  9. Looks great , is that an altered sds kit? I notice the small red dot on the inside shoulder, sorry bicep! if so how did you get the shoulders to fit that snug? shoot me down if I'm compleatly off base
  10. Thanks for the assist folk's.
  11. ------------- thanks for the info & adding the pic Here's a link to the video file to get a bigger look.
  12. thanks for that Ryan, very last question is the answer the same for the Lid?
  13. Thanks for the warm welcome folks I have searched through the forums a bit for this answer but can't seem to find it, so here goes.
