  13. Like Captsafe said, gaps are screen accurate. Every single one of my helmets has gaps. Don't sweat it.

  19. I think your belt will cover the notch area anyway. You may be able to trim a tad off the abdomen plate, but you are correct in that it will be better to trim most off of the kidney.
  20. I agree with your assessment. It also looks like your sniper plate needs adjustment.
  21. I'm always having issues with excess glue. Sometimes you can use a pencil eraser to remove it after it cures. Then you just have to buff out the eraser streaks.

  24. Looking good. I've used washers behind the mic tips before, but never bondo. Interesting idea.
