1. Allan fantastic job! Welcome to EIB! It's great to see another EIB join the ECG! It just makes our overall look top notch. I hope to see your centurion application soon! Congrats!
2. Brandon congrats! Your armor looks fantastic. You have built a set of armor that you have every right to be proud of. Welcome centurion trooper!
3. Good Morning Morrell. I have not handled a WTF kit personally but Walt is excellent with customer service. I have gotten a kids helmet in the past and I was happy with that product. Walt is quick to respond to any questions. The WTF kit is made up of pieces from GINO's suit and it looks great. Walt has a facebook page that you can look at if you are on facebook.
4. Hi Brandon! I see you didn't take long to submit for centurion. You armor looks great! I see you made the changes that were mentioned in your EIB thread. The only thing that sticks out to me is your frown. I see you went out to a point but however the point is supposed to be after the tooth where you have the point currently. Take a look at this photo... So the fourth tooth down should be painted and then the point comes after that. I only point this out because centurion has the most stringent standards and when you make the commitment to go this route you really are aiming to have the best set of armor that you can possibly make. It may or may not effect your application but overall it would really make your armor pop! Good luck and you have built an awesome set of armor.
5. Congrats Daryl and welcome to EIB! No look forward to seeing your centurion application!
6. Looking good Blayne! You did a great job! Good luck
7. Congrats Jay! Another EIB MTK! I love it!
8. Hey Allan. You did a great job! Let's bring another EIB to ECG!
9. Ryan it usually happens when he had a set or so left over when he announces a run. You could always email him and mention the price difference and see what he says. Maybe he will help out
10. Hey Steve and welcome to EIB! you built yourself a great set of armor!
11. The 501st Legion's Empire City Garrison attended Amazing Austin's 5th Birthday at the Morgan Center for Kids with Cancer in Hicksville, NY. The event was on Friday, February 26th 2016 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. Chris Feehan (TK-6744), Ron Lares (SL-5928), Anthony Paladino (TK-10666), and Steve Sheades (TK-10466) were in attendance. We normally do not do birthdays, but this is a special case for a young boy battling cancer. Austin has been battling cancer since he was 16 months old, and for his 5th Birthday his mother called on us to make a visit. He is a huge Star Wars fan and wanted to meet his favorite characters. We made it happen and visited him at the Morgan Center for kids with Cancer, along with some of his classmates, friends, and relatives. The Morgan Center is a pre-school for kids with cancer, and he loves going there. We took photos with Austin and the attendees, handed out citations, and wished him a very happy birthday. It was a fantastic experience and we were honored to participate. Here is a Facebook page dedicated to Austin's fight: ---------- And on to the photos!
12. Hi Jose. You did a great job on your build. Let's bring another MTK to EIB! If there is anything I can recommend for you to work on which will play a role if you go to centurion is to shorten up the elastic to your drop boxes. They should be pretty much touching the belt. Overall great job and good luck!
13. Hi Jefferson. The accurate way to attach the knee plate is to glue it. Can you post a picture of how it doesn't fit? Usually they can be a pain but they usually always find their way. So I would just like to see what yours looks like to try and better help.
14. Hi Blair. WTF has been discussed to a minimum. Walts armor is fairly new to scene. It is a GINO helmet and it looks awesome. Apparently it is also parts of the GINO suit but Walt has also had to sculpt some of his own molds. It looks good but I have not handled one in person. Stein has submitted an EIB thread and a Centurion thread and he has made the armor look great! Take a look at his threads. Contact Walt and he can give you information on it. Also if you are on facebook look to join his Walts Trooper Factory group and you can see more of it. 15. Congrats to all of the staff members for 2016! Looking forward to a great year Tim. Your staff selections are excellent. I have had the pleasure to have spoken to a few of them over PM and they are all great guys and easy to talk to. Have fun everyone.
16. No problem Andy. Go to

www.501st.com/forums then on the left side you should see a box that says search for member. You can search by your last name and it should show a link to your profile. Click the link and it will take you to your profile. Copy that link and then paste it in your thread on FISD to request 501st access.
17. Hey Andy. In order to apply for EIB you need to be approved by the 501st first. If you are already approved then you need to go to request 501st access in the Getting Started area. After that is done then you will be able to apply for EIB.
18. Congrats Brandon and welcome to EIB! Your armor was put together very well!
19. Hey Allan. They should be fine for centurion.
20. Hi Francis! You did a great job on your build! I would say that the only thing that stands out to me that could use adjustment is your forearms could be lowered a little. There is a big gap from the end of your forearm pieces to your wrist. Other then that lets bring another MTK to EIB! Good luck!
21. What a great story. Everyone involved should be proud of what you have done to make such an impact on this girls life. This will leave a lasting impression in her head and when she gets older these types of gratitude will make her become a caring person who will do the same for other people. Great job guys!
22. Hi Brandon. You have done an excellent job with your build. The only thing that stands out to me that could be an issue is the way the belt is patched up. It will be interesting to see how the staff feels about it.

Also out of curiosity is that the strapping that Anovos has provided that you used on the back?

Good luck with your approval.
23. Congrats Michael and you have done an excellent job! Welcome to EIB!
24. Congrats Joe! Welcome to EIB! Now let's see that centurion application! Great work!
25. Great Newsletter guys! Its going to be an exciting and great year! I can't wait!
