  1. Definetly need help now!!! ---------
  2. Thats one shiny T-21... niiice What armour is it?
  3. HEhe sounds fun, I might be in
  4. Thanks Definelty worth checking. No real progress, just wanted to show how my trigger works The rod have been secured with a pin and is able to pivot up and down in a "saddle" I drilled in the trigger.
  5. Trying to correct a few mistakes with the vent holes on the pipe. Also considering some form of "hybrid" solution for the handle. The idea is to make room in the top of the handle(where the rod pokes up) for a switch, that will then go to the soundboard. This way the bolt only needs to go over some wires, and no cutting of the bolt would be required Just need to find out where I can get a switch...preferably close by, or at the very least inside of EU.
  6. I would say all of it...
  7. Hehe cool hands But I think I will have to try the cheaper alternative for now. Already spent too much this month(Its May 2nd afterall). I have my rubber gloves from my old armour to try with. But what I really need right now is some help with rolling myself in duct tape...
  8. Hehe... You people sooo funny But might try that alginate thing. Maybe make a mold of it to hold the glove while the plaster solidifies. I want the hand closed and with a rubber glove on, like I or any other real person would hold on to a blaster, and if I am going to make a mold of my hand and then add a glove after, it would give a big gap between each finger, otherwise it would be nigh impossible, to get the glove on. Hence the fill a glove with plaster idea...in theory it sounds easier..if it will work.
  9. I have fiddled with that idea as well, and if I was to do that, it would be an extreeeemely tight fit, and I'm afraid I would just break the handle in the process. But here's some process with the pipe This shows what I'm thinking about removing on the bolt all the way through, to make room for the soundboard
  10. Be carefull when using styrene, as its not really that durable. I can easily scratch and if theres a scratch the next step will be that it snaps in two. Kinda like the score and snap method, only with very little effort. Otherwise it looks like you have it all planned out quite well
  11. Thats the whole project. Project: Supersize the TK I might actually contact you in the near futurefor an extra pair of gloves. I want to fill them with plaster and shape them, so he can hold a blaster So if you have any that may not be good enough for trooping, but good enough for a mannequin, feel free to let me know
  12. Greatly inspired by THIS THREAD ----------
  13. Hmm... Will take a look at it, but dont think it solves the space problem inside the blaster. Maybe I could take of some of the bolt, to make room for it to just go over the soundboard. Could be cool if the soundboard was visible when the bolt is pulled back. But this would also mean that I eaither have to get a new grip, or cut the one I have open, and I just made it work
  14. This have crossed my mind, but my electronics skills are extremely basic, so I wouldnt know how to connect it to the small soundboard where the button is kindof build in.
  15. Most people seem to be using Bondo. I cant get that here in Denmark, so I used Plastic Padding from Locktite, and that works fantastic.
  16. Only problem, I just realised now...I wont be able to fit the spring or a working bolt in there... Might as well just think of something else then. Might cover the loading handles "trench"(what is this called??) with some fine mesh and install additional speakers in there.
  17. Maybe paint the metal part black, and why are the tips of the power cylinders red? Otherwise a nice scratch build
  18. Well I guess I have you to thank/blame for this The new month havent really started yet and my wallet already hates me
  19. I just ordered one Ordering stops May 6th for anyone who is interested.
  20. Might look okay with one on each sleeve.
