  1. Yes, no point in perpetuating the "Imperial procurement flaws" we see in ANH.
  2. The knee plate is visible in the second image. I will check next time I play. Anyone know how to take a screen shot from within the game? I'm tempted to try the ol <shift + Print screen> key combo.
  3. I received my order without any problems late last week. Shipping was actually quite fast.
  4. I used a modeling iron to flatten out the area on the chest where the straps connect to the chest piece. This allows the two pieces to join together flat.
  5. Hi Joe, I have the same kit and re-started working on my armor after stopping several years ago. IMHO, it's good, solid armor (especially as a first armor). However, expect to do LOTS of trimming. I'm arranging getting help from some members of the detachment in my area to help me with the rest of my build (especially the trimming part). I'm 5'9" and 170lbs and needed to cut lots off of thighs, shins, forearms. The thing to remember is the cuts need to be proportional (meaning you need to cut from both halves of the parts). Good luck!
  6. BTW, absolutely love the reaction of Darth Vader and dancing Scout Trooper. Not sure if the two are related but makes a great shot!
  7. Hi Ray, I too have been struggling with my AM build. Did you get accepted? BTW, did you make any changes/mods to your shoulder bells? I find they look too large on me. Let us know.
