  1. Did anyone else notice that the X-wing wasn't called a 'rebel' ship anymore but instead 'resistance'?
  2. The people on stage were primarily Anovos employees with the one in the center being its CEO. That is what they told us at the Anovos panel. So I think they will be able to keep theirs as well. The CEO and COO were both cos players and a part of the 501st before starting the company. I have a feeling that these will only be available from Anovos. Anyone trying to make them on thier own will probably get in big trouble if they try to sell the kits. That is another unfortunate situation when you have companies selling under a license agreement. They can sue you if you try to profit on something that they have the rights to. I am pretty sure there is no way around it.
  3. I am going back today. I will see if I can get better pics of the blaster
  4. Just a heads up about the shoes and blaster. I was at the ANOVOS panel yesterday and they were both discussed. They said that they are in fact working with the company who made the shoes for the film. The company who made the shoes contacted them and told them that they still had the molds and patterns for the film used ones. That is why the troopers at expo all had the same accurate pairs. So I believe accurate shoes will be available when the suites are. Whether Anovos includes them, sells them separate, or lets us know where to get them directly is still up in the air and under discussions. As far as the blasters are concerned, the ones seen yesterday were made of rubber. In early March Anovos decided that the troopers needed something to carry for the show, so they decided to contact Disney, who agreed, and told them to knock their socks off. They were able to go and 3D scan the screen used blaster on March 10th and had about a dozen ready for celebration. What this means is that Anovos has the scans and capability to make the blasters, but did not say anything about making them available. Like another poster commented, the rights for that are probably with Hasbro, therefore Anovos will not be able to provide them. Thats the blessing and the curse when you get into licensing. Although you have the want and desire to do everything, and you have access to do everything 100% accurate, you are hamstrung by your agreement as to what you can and cannot do. We will see though.
  5. ----------------
  6. Yep that did it. Not a bad deal, but will it be any good?
  7. Sorry, Check again. This is the screen when I click on the link you provided:
  8. Here is some of the ankle/armor spats: -----------------
  9. Heres some pics:
  10. Watch the GIF that Nagedzi posted above closely and you can see it
  11. Actually to me it looks like the shoulder armor attaches to the chest/back armor much like our current TK. As a matter of fact if you look closely it looks like there are cutout grooves on the chest/back piece at the shoulder connection for the strap to go in.
  12. The shin armor also looks to be seemed on the outside and overlapped on the inside.
