  1. i cranked this one out in an afternoon, i needed a new one fast for an event Friday i just went crazy with the glue gun and threw a ton of greeblies on.. its got parts from a laptop, PlayStation, xerox machine.. and air conditioner it has super lound sound, lights, a laser pointer/spotlight and illuminated scope..... but i pretty near destroyed my workshop in the process i miss my old one, but this one will do for now
  2. this is just a collection of different references and templates, the mg 34 dlt-19 templates are in this file you just need to look for them also plenty of other dlt-19 references as well.. -------- note: there are mods done to some of these for different pipe sizes but they are labeled
  3. another i just did for a garrison mate the brains are squishy lol
  4. you can do anything you like on the inside of your helmet.. except perhaps smoking during events i used truck bed liner and pads from a hokey helmet
  5. very nice indeed.. you just need to remove the black on the thermal detonator (the pipe needs to be all gray). other than that you are good to go should be a easy fix
  6. my local walmart carries them in several widths and colors in the sewing department..
  7. did you disable PM's in your profile settings ? got to my settings, notification options, make sure there is no check-mark in the "Disable my personal messenger" box. ??
  8. go go Puerto Rico Garrison Garrison!!! oops another typo
  9. quick work on the fixes Juan!! and the blaster looks like a million $$$ now Approved! and great work trooper
  10. yes that is a 9301 based chip, should work fine. but i have seen the cheaper in kit form. also the 9600 chips allow for multiple sounds but are a bit larger in size. the trick is to get a good line out signal from your PC or audio device to get HQ sounds, this requires a small modification to the PCB, you must replace the microphone with a 1/8" or RCA audio line in jack
  11. there are a few ways you can do this. 1: find an existing device that plays a sound similar to what you want and remove the electronics. (the easy way ) 2: a scrapbook recording chip is very inexpensive---------- these will work, but the chips have a low shelf-life and the sound quality is lacking. it is very simple to use and modify for direct input from a PC. 3: build a circuit using a APR9600 or APR9301 Record and playback IC (the hard way ) 4: if the gun is large enough you can use a sony PSP with my custom software-------.. but this method will require changing the WAV files to what you want and modifying the PSP's firmware, and is the most costly and time consuming method
  12. great work guys!!!
  13. the starkiller CRL has good a reference the saber as well
  14. no, it appears to be a return edge on the arms to me. and Vern you mean a lightsaber texture? i have it somewhere
  15. and with that you are APPROVED!! great work trooper this has been a good year for RT-Mod EI's
  16. very nice clean build i would like to see a shot of the split under the belt for an easy pass
  17. bring on the helmets off photos Vern!!!
  18. looking really good Juan! i glad you finally took the plunge a few small things i would like to see fixed. the butt plate has a little too much of a tail. if there is a strap to the codpeice i would tighten it up a bit. also your shin overlaps are reversed. they should be like this http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?showtopic=9909&st=0&p=125153&hl=shin%20overlap&fromsearch=1entry125153 lastly, the weathering on the blaster is a bit much IMHO. it is not a requirement, but i really dont want to see white resin showing through. otherwise than that the blaster looks fantastic. i would spray a thin coat of black over the entire blaster also note that inner drop boxes are a not required for EIB but are nice to have
  19. yes the EI challenge is still on. i shipped the 40mm reciever but i believe Karin has a few things left
  20. if it is really cold (below freezing) the paint can freeze on contact to the plastic creating a ugly speckled effect.. ideally i usually try to wait until it is around +35 degrees before painting anything with a large surface area. i also allow for extra dry times when painting in cold weather. 1-2 weeks i leave the painted parts outside in my garage for a few days just to allow the paint to partially dry before moving inside.. (this helps prevent condensation from forming on the newly painted surface) also be sure to do several very thin coats or you may run into problems
  21. the helmet looks great, the fixes make a huge difference great work, and kudos for taking the time to make the necessary changes Approved!! great work trooper
  22. looking great Christian! iv been waiting on the new pics all morning lol i would lower the chest a bit as Vern suggested, like in your other shots but that is minor strapping adjustment and the new additions are great! Approved! again.. and great work! Juan, listen to Christian
