Consider using Armorsmith to properly size the chest and back armor. It’s a great program for scaling 3D prints to properly fit the wearer. https://www.thearmoredgarage.com It’s worth the investment when you consider the time and expense for multiple reprints or trying to size it yourself.
SE-14R New Era
There are some differences between The Mandalorian SE-14R and the Promo "Hero" SE-14R, below are references from The Mandalorian series, for the Promo "Hero" SE-14R thread is here

A few references showing the side wire coil, although unwound, this is the cantina SE-14C but the wires appears to be in the same places as the promo SE-14R
Apparently this is the screen prop seen in the cantina, you can see where the wire was glued on the barrel

Although I built a shock trooper, the kit I used was a Walt's Trooper Factory ANH kit that I then modified, so I have familiarity with the specific make of this kit.

As Glen mentioned, visible print lines were a change we made a couple of years back when more and more printed items and files became available.
The CRL for this costume is in the early stages so we need a person to work with to build it right, this is where you can come in as a builder. All CRL's requires photos of all the parts to be complete and approved at the Legion level.
