  3. In my opinion, I think it best not to even attempt that in this day and age. The calendar would be almost in not full, not allowing anyone to mark their own occasions in it, and for sure some will be missed as we are global. What about a different Red days' idea. Focus on FISD and or Legion milestone and important days. Examples: FISD anniversary or birthday 501st day Victory 1000 day (The day we hit 1000 EIB) 500 day (The day we hit 500 Centurions) May the 4th Revenge of the 5th Date that SW was released, ESB RotJ (keep those US centric) as they hit cinemas their first no doubt) Think important dates in the life of FISD and the Legion, keep them Star Wars focused because none of that would upset or let anyone feel left out. I'm sure there are plenty more special dates from the detachment passed and present that are of significance, and worthy of a place in this new calendar.

  5. I think the problem is thinking that there has to be *one* calendar. You can use a single printing for the US/Canada and then do a local printing say for the UK. I don't see why we need to put any country-specific holidays on it at all. @Nairy has an excellent point - just put some 501st/FISD/SW specific dates on it and call it good. Heck, you can even publish the PDFs and people can print them locally. They will never be as good as having a central print like we did before, but then people can customize the calendar part if they want, and it helps with shipping. Did you see the prices back in the day? They were very reasonable, now, not so much.

  6. As I briefly mentioned the possibility of EIB for the Legacy Fem (officially known as Stormtrooper, Legacy Era Female) in my current build thread for this costume, I figured it was best to create a separate thread for any discussion of higher levels of costuming (EIB and Centurion) for the Legacy Fem. That way any discussion on the possibilities of EIB and Centurion is not nestled within a build thread where it may be hard to follow in the midst of build updates. Have the possibilities for EIB or Centuiron been discussed in reference this costume? I am currently looking through the research and CRL threads to see what others may have said during the stages of CRL formulation, but I am interested in what others here may know as well. I'll post what I find when I come across good information, and if I see anything from reference material that may be intriguing. And to note this for the record, I am clearly not in any leadership or decision-making capacity when bringing up this topic. I am, however, curious about the possibilities given that I am in the process of building this kit! EDIT (January 31, 2024): I felt a list of the possibilities discussed throughout this thread would be helpful here (note: these are discussions of possibilities, so nothing here is official). Helmet: Straight tube stripes with the stripes having circular ends at the top and bottom Abdominal Armor: Return edge width requirement around codpiece. Sides of the abdominal and kidney armor must overlap where the pieces meet, with no visible gap. Belt Boxes: The large belt boxes should be functional with lids that open and close Thigh and Knee Armor: Return edge width requirement around top edges Lower Leg Armor: Return edge width requirement around top edges Boots: Short heel for both Version A and B

  8. Sweden too, but I have absolutely no problem in adapting to a calendar that starts on a Sunday, for me it would be a case of who cries the loudest wins haha! Having some obvious SW-related days could be nice along with victory day and 500 day as you wrote and more of that nature @Sly11! Simply ignoring all the red days and making sure that people can add that themselves is the safest option! But yes, it all depends on the next DL and the priorities of course

  9. Really pointless discussing it, depends what the next DL and command team have in mind, shame. I do agree, as LPR has found over the last few years not every country supports charities / occasions at the same time, if you can't include everyone at the same time it's really unfair to just spotlight one countries charity cause no matter how deserving.

  10. There is also another problem... There are countries (like Spain, lol) where the week starts on Monday, not Sunday....

  15. This is how it will look. The server hasn't updated yet, so can only see it in the Origin Wiki doc. Checked the Artillery, and it is the same template for the belt, so will be automatically the same.

  16. Width of belt and size of pipe depends on how long the clips should be on the belt side, on the pipe side you want to make sure the holes are close to the control panel and the TD rotated enough to see the O detail from the back,. You don't want to see clips under the belt.

  19. Looking good so far, Philip! You are right at the 20mm mark on those endcaps, so just some light sanding and you are golden! Yes, I would take that small ridge off. The entire plate should sit flush against the tube. Keep in mind when mounting the face plate that for Basic approval and above that the "button" row should face toward the back.
