  3. Thanks everyone. I might start with my blaster factory build. Since I’m in line for the armor, I have some time. New boots ordered from Keep Trooping. Already got my flexible hand guards from Joseph. but it’s busiest time for both my jobs, so January will be start time. can’t wait!

  4. I have many concerns with the teeth. But unfortunately my biggest concerns are not something that I think I'm going to be able to remedy. Please keep in mind that as much as I would love to be able to modify this helmet to perfection, I just don't have the professional skill nor time to do so. I made the mods I've done in the effort to remedy a few items that I wanted fixed, but the majority of the rest will have to be tackled by someone else... honestly I encourage you all to reach out to Denuo Novo and ask that they consider pursuing the release of the ROTK/Mimban helmet that Anovos prototyped several years back. I've mentioned it in an inquiry email with them and the customer agent said he would pass along my interest. Maybe if enough of us speak up, they will consider doing so. But with all that said, I actually had recently made additional mods to the teeth as well as added alignment keys to the tears and traps, and as I mentioned before I am going to attempt to modify the ear caps, but I'm not sure it that will turn out. I'll add a post about the additional mods here soon.

  6. Troop #33 Day 1 this weekend at Riverside museum Glasgow. We woke to a frosty start today, but it did not deter. Fun snowball fight TK's vs Ties Lottsa interaction with the public at the Christmas market stalls, good times!

  7. The Denix MG34 converted into a Stormtrooper/Sandtrooper DLT-19 Imperial Heavy Rifle is finally finished, thanks to a good friend who machined for me not one, but two versions of the side box. One pristine version in thinner aluminum and a second one, weathered, in solid steel. I used the weathered steel one, and keeping the aluminum box as this could be cool to use on a lighter resin/wood/aluminum DLT-19 some day. He also made the disk. The cool thing is you don't really need any type of glue for the cover, you simply insert it carefully in the slots of the DLT-19 and it will stay there without any problems. I could have used some E-6000 glue, but I didn't feel it was necessary. Now it looks like the screen used DLT-19 rifles with the added T-tracks, side disc and box.
