Hello everyone! I just wanted to share this, at one of my troops recently I got 3D scanned, and I'm going to get a 3D printed copy of this very soon that I'm going to paint and have as a statue at home! Great idea and appears to work well. I used a couple of tabs of velcro to keep them at the correct hight

I'm not sure if you're asking about the static bursts when you stop talking, or what we refer to as TK chatter, which is a continuous loop of background noise that plays in the background while you're trooping.

I can only comment on my system, but it utilizes the 3.5mm audio "AUX" port on the amp to bring in additional audio and play it through the same speakers you speak through. Some use their phones or a MP3 player of some kind to bring in those spound bites (TK chatter). Hope this helps

I haven't personally used it yet, but I just received all of the components needed to begin using it within the last week. I originally wasn't very excited about the idea of having it, but after seeing it in action a few times decided that I had to have it, and bought myself a couple of micro MP3 players, an in-line audio amplifier, a speaker, and a micro SD card. I'll be installing the system in my back plate very soon, and can't wait to begin using it.
