I don't use foam there, I would think if it's sealed to your face it would fog up, most just add a lens. I separate and trim so the lenses are just larger than the eye openings, add some black silicon to hold, black as I paint the inside of the helmet. So many different ways to attach, here are a few

There is no such thing as an approved vendor (nomenclature is important as to not imply that armor from any vendor will automatically be approved) but a few that have been vetted to provide consistent, high quality product. Lots of great makers aren't on our lists either. There are only two makers of full Rogue One style TK armor at present - Jimmiroquai out of the Phillippines whose fiberglass armor is very accurate, and 850 Armor Works out of Florida, whose ABS armor is much softer in detail due to the material and less accurate, but improved with a recent update. WTF appears to be creating molds for kits in the future, but the jury is out on quality until complete. You're correct that there's no way an OTTK would pass, even at basic for this costume. Just too many differences.

29. 2023-10-17, The Milton Race 2023, Uppsala (Hero) Earlier this year on May 4th we had a troop at a school, and one big Star Wars fan couldn't attend because he had cancer. He has sadly passed away now and the school arranged a race in his honor. There were about 100 kids in total and we were cheering them on and giving out medals at the end! Very wholesome and fun!

28. 2023-10-15, AvestaCon 2023, Avesta (Hero) AvestaCon, the place last year where it all began one year ago! It was my 28th troop for my troopiversary which I'm happy with! I always hope for more though We had a checkpoint where we checked cars and busses before giving them a green signal to move along move along!
