  1. This will have to be changed, anything already in use by LFL/Disney won't be able to be used. The guidelines are clear: No 501st or FISD markings or branding. Period. Any active Legion member with a valid stormtrooper costume in the specified geographic area can join. The Team can create a name, logo, backstory, etc. for itself (names usually contain Fire Team, though this isn't required). A list of each Team (with their specific "Teams Name") with a current list their members will be kept in the Fire Team sub-forum on the Detachment website. A Team must have at least 2 members to start. Ideally Teams should be no more than 16 members in size, with an average of about 8-12 members, but a Team may have as many members as you wish. A Team member must troop at least twice per year to maintain status as a member. Two or more Team members must troop together once per year to keep the group active. The first line would include any LFL or Disney properties.

  2. Double snaps can be the difference between trooping and not, especially in areas that can take some strain as you can occasionally have them pull through the elastic. Great thread here on snap setting

  3. Hi Sean. First of all, we need you to include the link to your approved armor(501st record). You can edit the first post and include it. In the meantime, I would like to tell you that your armor looks great!. Nice job on those teeth. However, while we are working on your application, there are a couple of them that can be fixed a bit. We would also like to ask you a favor. We need a photo like the example below, as the images you have attached do not allow us to see the details clearly. -Also a photo of the wrist openings (close-up) like this: Thanks!

  4. Used empire 3D front boxes with the curves, removed the inset nuts and drilled all the way through for a secure assembly. I will counter-sink the hardware. Working on the pauldron next, plan is to attach with magnets Pauldron from DN:

  5. Did a quick test fit for the whole right arm and things seem pretty good. Also finished all the fitting for the forearms so they should be good to glue once I trim some of the excess off of the back. Is there supposed to be a certain size gap between the bicep and forearm? They do touch a bit once I bend my arm but it doesn’t seem to get in the way of mobility very much.
