gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted August 21, 2012 Report Posted August 21, 2012 So after finishing my hasbro mod and and finding out it's not good enough for centurion standards I have decided to do a pipe build. E-11 Hasbro conversion 2 Quote
TK bondservnt[501st] Posted August 21, 2012 Report Posted August 21, 2012 the bbc plans make tubes that are too long, and the cocking channel is too long by 1/2" in my signature I've corrected the tube diagram to the correct size. hopefully to correct the situation. really nice looking metal work there! Sonnenschein Posted August 21, 2012 Report Posted August 21, 2012 Better go with ZeroRooms's plans, which are the most correcxt available! http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=18232#entry218477 Quote
gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted August 21, 2012 Author Report Posted August 21, 2012 Thats what I'm using, thanks Quote

Dday[501st] Posted August 21, 2012 Report Posted August 21, 2012 A functional metal folding stock that can be modded onto a droopy or resin would be flat out amazing. Quote
Dr.Senf Posted August 21, 2012 Report Posted August 21, 2012 Yes it would !! I would be in for one aswell! Looking sweet Quote
rhapsodyred99[TK] Posted August 21, 2012 Report Posted August 21, 2012 Now we need to convince ZeroRoom to do the same thing to an MGC... Quote

carbonitekid Posted August 21, 2012 Report Posted August 21, 2012 Quote locked! Def go with Zerorooms and avoid verns less than accurate ones. Quote
gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted August 22, 2012 Author Report Posted August 22, 2012 Just to point out I have all three sets of templates and the difference between Zeroroom's and Vern's is so minor that either will work. Be good if the Zeroroom's version was updated and stuck on the forum for newbies to find easily. I did have to play around a bit with sizing to print as when I printed straight from the downloaded version the sizing was incorrect. There is a lot of info out there to be found, but finding it is the hard part Quote

gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted August 27, 2012 Author Report Posted August 27, 2012 Stock mount done, found the right size pipe in plastic and also found these threaded furniture washers which are glued in, can then use screws and put caps over them Scope rail and counter mount done too Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted August 27, 2012 Report Posted August 27, 2012 Your scope rail is too high. Thought I should point that out while it's still an easy fix. Loving the build anyway! Quote
