MiDri Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 Grab it for $10 including shipping on ebay. The mic has to be in my mouth for it to work... I had a great idea though (to prevent my saliva from damaging the mic) the diameter of the mic is approximately the same size as the inside diameter of a twisty straw -- I cut one of those down and use it as the piece that goes in my mouth (feels sorta like a vocoder) Quote
pandatrooper[TK] Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 Yeah, the mic on those has to be REALLY close to your mouth for it to pick up your voice. You can also take the box apart, and there's a plug inside that you can disassemble, and wire up a better mic from a headset instead. Just an option for you, it will improve it in terms of mic sensitivity. Quote
